How to create an estimate through QuickBid?

QuickBid is a feature that lets you stay ahead of your competitors when it comes to offering estimates to your clients. No matter if you are on-site or off-site, this feature helps to create an estimate in a zap.


Know how you can create QuickBid estimates through:


Web App

  • Open InvoiceOwl.com
  • Click on the estimate tab on the left-hand side menu bar or the estimate tile
  • Click on the “+New Estimate” for drop down
  • Under the drop-down, click on “QuickBid Estimate”
  • Add client details, work/job description, supplies/material description
  • Add lump sum labor cost and supplies total
  • Add taxes on “Supplies, Labor, or Both”
  • Request deposit, add contract, photos, and attachments
  • Save and share it with your client

Android

  • Open InvoiceOwl App
  • Click on the Estimate tile or click on the second tab
  • Click on the “+” button
  • Click on the “QuickBid Estimate” button
  • Add Client, Work/Job description, and Supplies/Material description
  • Add labor and supplies total
  • Add taxes on supplies, labor, or both
  • Request deposit, add contract, photos, and attachments
  • Save and share it with your client
