How can I enable an e-sign feature in my document?

A signature makes an estimate a legally binding contract. Plus, it adds a professional touch, so even if your business is new, your customer would trust you.

Before letting you know how to add a signature to estimates, let’s first understand how to enable it.

Web App

  • Go to settings from the dashboard
  • Under Document Settings, tap on the General Settings tab
  • Spot the Signature section, enable, and save it

iOS/Android

  • Tap on Settings 
  • Tap on Document Settings
  • Spot the Signature tab, enable, and save it

Once you have enabled the e-sign feature from the settings, you will be able to see the below section in your estimates or invoices footer section.
