How to request customer reviews?

To request a review from your client about your work, just follow these steps.

Web App

• Tap on “Settings”
• Under the “Company” tab
• Tap on “Customer Reviews”
• Tap on “Request a Review”

Note: You will only see those clients under the “Request a Review” tab who have paid invoices, you have marked them as paid but have not written a review for you.

iOS/Android

• Tap on “Settings”
• Under the “Company” tab
• Tap on “Customer Reviews”
• Tap on “Request Reviews”

You will find the list of the customer(s) who have paid invoices, you have marked them as paid invoices but haven’t reviewed your work.
