Firstly, you need to follow these simple steps to get things done. 

Web App

• Go to Settings
• Scroll down to Email Notifications and click on it
• Click on Purchase Order Notification

Here, you will get different purchase order templates related to 

• Purchase order sample (send)
• Purchase order opened

With these templates, you can edit the subject line, and content body, and add tags.
